    • I joined the Y! Well, I did that awhile back. But I met with a personal trainer there on Monday and we went over my goals and she wanted me to start with some cardio. Tuesday, I used the recumbent bicycle. When I’m able to do that a few times a week, for a couple of weeks she’s going to help me work on a strength program. I really need to get some strength back in my legs. I’m hoping by starting to post about it here now and then it will keep me more motivated and help me be accountable to myself. I’m such a lazy slob usually.
